08 Dec Peanut Butter “Cookie Dough” Hummus
(This recipe was adapted from the Baked-in website.)
*1/3 cup pure Maple Syrup
- Combine the beans, peanut butter, maple syrup, & vanilla in the bowl of the food processor.
- Process until creamy, making sure it’s free from any lumps. (This may take up to 2 minutes.)
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips
- Place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to help thicken & set dip.
***We enjoy this dip with sliced apples, celery, & (gluten-free) pretzels
