From a very early age, Elisabeth had an interest in helping people. She loved opportunities to serve neighbors, friends, and strangers. In middle school, her days were spent playing the trumpet & singing in show choir. In high school, she traveled to Mexico City and served alongside of missionaries in some of the poorest conditions. That trip opened her eyes to the need to serve others, outside her own circles.

She met her husband, Joel, in college and later moved to Atlanta where she had a rewarding job at The Emory Clinic. It was when she gave birth to their third baby and their family moved to South Florida, that God set in motion the calling on her life. Through navigating Joel’s medical crisis, Elisabeth finally experienced her own physical healing and wanted to help others with theirs, too.

This website, what she believed was just going to be a blog with a bunch of recipes, grew to be so much more.
